14-day return window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, undamaged and returned with all original tags, packaging and authenticity cards.

How to return

• Contact us via the contact page with your order reference (e.g. SP-XXXX).
• We confirm your return and share the return address and instructions.
• Ship the item back with tracked, insured delivery.
• Once received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs and any customs duties are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, worn items, altered pieces, and items returned without their authenticity documentation cannot be accepted.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a full refund or replacement at our cost.
